During the 27th Sejm Meeting:

• Amendments were passed to the Act on the Military Property Agency concerning the rules of admission to managerial positions. The President of the Military Property Agency will be appointed by the Prime Minister upon the motion of the head of MON, whereas the deputy presidents of the Military Property Agency will be appointed by the Minister of National Defense
• the memory of Jan Religa, the late member of the Law and Justice party of the 6th term, was commemorated
• The so-called Little Innovation Act was passed, introducing a coherent system of instruments that reward and encourage taking up innovative activity, among others, thanks to tax reliefs. It assumes abolition (as of 1 January 2017) of income tax on intellectual property contributed to a company
• The Sejm adopted a law on ratification of the Paris Agreement to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, drawn up in New York on 19 May 1992, adopted in Paris on 12 December 2015. In the law, the Sejm gives its consent to the ratification of the agreement by the President of the Republic of Poland
• MEPs decided to grant to persons who were taking care of disabled persons and after death of their wards lost their right to nursing allowance, special guardianship allowance or guardian's allowance, the right to apply for unemployment benefit and pre-retirement benefit
• An amendment was passed to the Act on Tax Offices and Chambers and the Act on the Social Security System. The new regulations will make it possible to exchange information between the Social Insurance Institution and the Minister of Finance to the extent necessary to create analyses, forecasts and models and to verify own data of both institutions
• The Sejm has amended the Act on Road Transport. The purpose of the amendment is to establish the National Electronic Register of Road Transport Entrepreneurs. Under the new regulations, the register will be linked via a contact point with the registers of other European Union member states. This is to enable the exchange of data
• The MPs also passed an amendment to the Act on Departments of Government Administration and Certain Other Acts. Its aim is to provide the ministers in charge of maritime economy, fisheries and inland navigation with legal instruments necessary for the proper performance of the tasks entrusted to them
• adopted a resolution on the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada and the European Union and its Member States. The resolution contains the position of the Polish Sejm on the CETA comprehensive trade agreement. It points out that CETA covers matters that are within the competence of European Union member states and should therefore be treated as a mixed agreement
• The Sejm rejected a civic bill to amend the Act of 7 January 1993 on Family Planning, Protection of the Human Fetus and Conditions for the Permissibility of Abortion and the Act of 6 June 1997. - Penal Code
