Polish food is healthier and tastier, and as the ecological awareness grows, it gains in value. It is not without a reason that the highest number of registered traditional products (over 200) is in beautiful and green Podkarpacie, and people live there the longest.

Thanks to which good, traditional flavours are coming back and unconventional regional products that can meet sophisticated consumer tastes are gaining importance - wrote Marek Kuchciński in his letter addressed to the participants of Ekogala in Podkarpacie. Speaker of the Sejm emphasized that we should make every effort to promote regional products in our own country, Europe and the world.
The protection and promotion of regional and traditional products is one of the most important factors affecting the sustainable development of rural areas.
