During the meeting in the MP's office in Przemyśl Marek Kuchciński declared his involvement in activities supporting the Przemyśl Hufa Command. The Speaker reminded that in the following years (2018/2019) the Polish Parliament will particularly solemnly celebrate the centenary of Poland's regaining independence and the 550th anniversary of Polish parliamentarism.

Przemysl scouting celebrated its centenary in 2010/2011 (on November 10, 1911 Andrzej Malkowski established the first team of Przemysl scouting in the building of "Sokol" on Konarskiego Street in Przemysl and since then every November 10 the Hufiec has its own holiday), while November 2018 marks the centenary of the battles for Przemysl and Nizankowice, in which Przemysl scouts took part.

The participants discussed the problems faced by the center and possible solutions. The Marshal presented the outline of the Visegrad Group activities, emphasizing the role of the cooperation of the executive and - above all - legislative authorities of the Visegrad Group countries. According to the Marshal, meetings of the V4 representatives organized in Przemyśl contribute to the promotion of the city. He proposed organizing in the city, on the hundredth anniversary of regaining independence, a rally of scouting and scouting of the Visegrad Group, at the same time proposing patronage for the initiative (it could also be patronage of the four Speakers of the Parliaments of the Visegrad Group). He would expect the involvement of the Przemyśl Hufa Headquarters, as well as the municipal and provincial authorities.

Ruszelczyce (after renovation) could also become a part of regular meetings of scouts and scout leaders of Visegrad, similar to the forum meetings of "Carpathian Europe", which are becoming more and more recognized. In Ruszelczyce scout bonfires could be held to conclude the event.

Representatives of the Hufca Command proposed an interesting formula for the meeting - a Star Rally on the Przemyśl market square. Scouts and scouts invited for this event could camp on the area of Przemysl forts and from there go down to Przemysl. This initiative could be supported by the army (providing unused tents free of charge) and the local government. The preliminary date of the rally - the last week of August 2018.
