in the context of the new EU budget for 2014-2020"

• Carpathians from a Brussels perspective;
• The importance of the Carpathians in the European Neighborhood Policy and the Eastern Partnership;
• The future of the Cohesion Policy and the Common Agricultural Policy in the context of the Europe 2020 strategy 2020"

12:05 - 13:20 Panel II: "Good practices of cooperation in Carpathian Europe".

• Carpathian Macroregion - opportunities for cooperation;
• Development policies in mountain areas (infrastructure, economy, agriculture, innovation);
