Marek Kuchciński in Rzeszów: The foundation of success in Podkarpacie is exemplary teamwork

Members and friends of Law and Justice met at the Rzeszow Philharmonic Hall in the Subcarpathian region to share for the tenth time at this venue wafer and sum up 2019.

The meeting was opened by the chairman of the Subcarpathian Council of the Regional Council of Law and Justice, the Speaker of the Sejm of the last term, MP Marek Kuchciński. He stressed that 2019 was an unusual year - another year when the Law and Justice program was implemented and a year of continuous election campaign; two parliamentary elections concluded with a huge success, which no grouping in Subcarpathia has achieved before.

Marek Kuchcinski: We have set a precedent. It didn't happen like in most provinces in Poland: that after the victory in the elections to the European Parliament, mobilization decreased, which reflected negatively on the next election campaign.

In Podkarpacie, we have been campaigning non-stop: in 2019, we held more than 6,000 meetings, so we were able to talk directly to residents about our program and, in many cases, update it (for example, launch a fund for bus services)," Marek Kuchcinski argued. - I thank the Prime Minister and the party leadership for listening so well to the expectations of residents and responding quickly to their needs, I thank them for this foundation of success - the Kaczynski Five and the Morawiecki Five. Their implementation has made us credible," he added.

According to Speaker Kuchcinski, other issues that characterize the Subcarpathia and that give hopes and chances for the next elections to be won are the work teamwork that took place, despite the rivalry-enforcing electoral law electoral law. Our effectiveness was greatly influenced by the exemplary cooperation between all institutions of the public administration: the government, parliament, local government province, county and municipal governments and government administration in the province province, as well as institutions representing the government, conducting activities on its activities in the province on its behalf.

The unique role of the Subcarpathian region was also recognized by the Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki. - Subcarpathia succeeds admirably in combining tradition and modernity. Businesses, innovation and investment continue to grow here. It is a very rapidly developing part of Poland. Within a few years, it will also be possible to connect the region with Warsaw via an expressway through Lublin. But Podkarpacie is also a great culture, hospitality and commitment to values, to faith, to patriotism. For such a combination of tradition and looking to the future, our government will fight all over Poland - argued the prime minister. - I congratulate Podkarpacie, because you beautifully know how to combine. To combine tradition with the future, hospitality with new investments, with innovation, with modernity. This is the combination that Poland needs, this is the combination that the Law and Justice government will fight for. You are setting an example for all of Poland. That's why I'm happy to see the results here during the last parliamentary elections - 62.38 percent in the Rzeszow district, and one percentage point more in the Krosno district -63.36," Morawiecki said.

Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki: It is thanks to you that we can change Poland, and thanks to this Poland can change Podkarpacie, because we show that this backbone of development of eastern Poland is indeed under construction.

The Prime Minister also reminded about the expressway between Rzeszów and Lublin and about the tender for the construction of the section from Rzeszów to Barwinek. “A few more years and we will have an excellent communication artery,” he said. According to Morawiecki, the development of Podkarpacie is also evidenced by the Local Government Roads Fund. – This is where so many funds came in that the voivode said to me a few months ago, 'Mr Prime Minister, we don't have any more requests, all of them have been satisfied. We will develop roads and railways. In this term of office, we will put great emphasis on this, but for this to happen, we need a unity of vision and a community of goals. Such a unity of vision and common goals can only be achieved by the victory of our President Andrzej Duda, stressed the head of the government.

A letter from the President was read out by Minister Adam Kwiatkowski, from President Jaroslaw Kaczynski by the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Law and Justice Party Krzysztof Sobolewski. Among the guests were also Minister Malgorzata Jarosinska, who comes from Rzeszow, Voivode Ewa Leniart, Deputy Voivode Lucyna Podhalicz, Voivodship Marshal Władysław Ortyl and parliamentarians.
