2nd Congress of Law and Justice in Warsaw. A "for here and now" program for Poland

2. zjazd Kongresu Prawa i Sprawiedliwości w WarszawieOn Saturday, February 15, the 2nd congress of the Law and Justice Congress took place in the Arena Ursynów Sports and Entertainment Hall in Warsaw. More than 1,100 delegates and invited guests attended the event. The main and fundamental goal of the congress was to present the new program of our party, which was made by the president of Law and Justice, Jarosław Kaczyński.

The presented Law and Justice program was based on three basic
and priority foundations: health, work and family. President Jarosław Kaczyński described it as a "here and now" programme. The program describes in detail the biggest problems faced by Polish society. The currently prevailing system operating under the tutelage of Tusk and the Civic Platform was diagnosed very specifically.

The concept of improving health care for Poles based on the new program was presented by Jadwiga Wisniewska, member of the Polish Parliament, the issues related to the critical problem of unemployment in today's Poland were presented by Beata Szydło, vice president of the Law and Justice party and Andrzej Duda, member of the Polish Parliament.

The program clearly and explicitly refers to fundamental and basic values, which Law and Justice party consistently pursues as a conservative party. These values are: freedom, nation, community, efficient state, solidarity, unity.

The Polish raison d'état is for Poland to be a strong, proud nation in Europe. According to the PiS president, "Poles are fed up with Tusk's system," "Poles are fed up with the arrogance of power." This system is devoid of empathy for the common man, a citizen who is smothered and disobeyed by the authorities, who is abused by the authorities. Therefore, the Civic Platform created a system operating on the principle of distributing privileges, promotions, sinecures for a specific narrow group of interests, and not for the state, not for the nation. Are you living better? Jaroslaw Kaczyński asked.

It is not a programme for the glory of power, it is not a programme for ribbon-cutting, it is a programme for the people of Poland and their families, it is a programme that will lead to jobs, good health care and decent pensions, it is a programme for the people of Poland in the here and now, for today and tomorrow. This programme is a real alternative for Poland, the best that has been presented so far. It advocates profound changes, such as abolition of the National Health Fund (NFZ), gymnasiums, reform of the prosecution system and the judiciary, shortening of the retirement age, apartments for rent with the possibility to take them over as property. The main goal of the program, based on three pillars: health, work and family, is first of all the policy of Polish development, the sustainable development of our country. Such a precise program was created for the first time in 25 years in Poland after the fall of communism.

The 2nd Congress of the Law and Justice Party (PiS) was fully attended by the parliamentarians of the Law and Justice Party of Podkarpacie, from the district: Przemyśl - Krosno No. 22, Rzeszów - Tarnobrzeg No. 23, led by Deputy Speaker of the Polish Sejm Marek Kuchciński, Polish senators Alicja Zając, Alicja Sagatowska, Andrzej Matusiewicz, Zdzisław Pupa and MPs: Piotr Babinetz, Bogdan Rzońca, Stanisław Ożog, Andrzej Szlachta, Stanisław Piotrowicz, Józefa Hrynkiewicz, Kazimierz Moskal, Jan Warzecha, Zbigniew Chmielowiec and Krzysztof Popiołek.
