MP Marek Kuchcinski has submitted a parliamentary inquiry to the Minister of the Treasury in connection with the planned liquidation of the Gas Plant Branch in Jaroslaw. Below is the content of this speech:

"The Company Commission of the NSZZ "Solidarity" of Karpacka Spółka Gazownictwo sp. z o.o. in Tarnów and the Board of the Przemysl Land Region of the NSZZ "Solidarity" protest against the planned liquidation of the Gas Plant in Jaroslaw. Numerous problems are associated with the liquidation of the Jaroslaw Branch and its merger with the unit in Rzeszow, including: the need to change the place of work and residence of the company's employees.

In a letter sent by Minister Mikołaj Budzanowski to Ms. Speaker Ewa Kopacz (file reference MSP/DPS/740/12, dated 22.08.2012), information was provided that the Management Board of Karpacka Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. sent a statement to the Ministry of the State Treasury stating that it had not made a decision on the liquidation of any of the eight Gas Plant Branches belonging to the company.

I therefore ask the Minister what are the plans for the continued operation of the Gas Plant in Yaroslavl?"
