Registration will begin on January 15, and from January 22, people who are 70 years of age or older will also be able to register. There are 6,000 points in operation where vaccinations will be performed starting January 25.
You can make an appointment for the vaccination by phone, online, at the vaccination center or by contacting your primary care physician.
Telephone registration
- Available at 989.
- The vaccination hotline operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week including holidays.
- The call is free and available in Polish, English, Russian and Ukrainian. Older adults may make appointments on their own, through relatives or caregivers.
- To enroll, you will need your PESEL and cell phone number, which will receive a message confirming your vaccination appointment.
- You can indicate the voluntary point at which you want to be vaccinated, it does not necessarily have to be the town where you live.

The system will automatically offer the five available appointments at locations close to your address. However, this does not mean that in this case the patient will be forced to be vaccinated at a particular point. Everyone will receive an SMS notification after making a reservation, as well as a reminder a day before the scheduled appointment.
To be able to register online, you will need access to a Trusted Profile. Persons who do not have it are obliged to contact the NFZ infoline at 989.
Registration is also possible by contacting the vaccination center of your choice or your primary care physician.

A message that the vaccination has been administered will be entered into the eVaccination Card in the system. The person vaccinated will receive a document confirming the vaccination.
