The prevention program of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration is to protect children and youth against pathologies, increase safety in public places or at pedestrian crossings

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration is announcing a call for applications for the 2019 edition of the Władysław Stasiak "Safer Together" program.
This is the largest preventive project in Poland. In 2019, the Ministry of Internal Affairs will allocate a total of PLN 6 million for this purpose. The program has four main specific goals: safety in public places, safe pedestrian crossings, counteracting the phenomena of pathology, as well as protecting children and young people, education for safety.
An earmarked reserve of PLN 6,000,000 has been secured in the state budget for 2019 for the implementation of the "Władysław Stasiak Program for Reducing Crime and Antisocial Behavior Safer Together 2018 - 2020".
The reserve of the state budget, secured for the implementation of the Program, will be distributed according to the assumptions of the Program for the implementation of specific projects by local government units
and non-governmental organizations in the individual provinces (tasks of a preventive-preventive nature within the framework of local projects, as a rule, implemented in the four specific objectives of the Program, i.e. safety in public places with particular emphasis on the creation of local safety systems, safe pedestrian crossings counteracting the phenomena of pathology and protection of children and young people, education for safety). On November 26, 2018, Mr. Minister Jaroslaw Zielinski, following the recommendation of the Inter-Ministerial Team for the Program , approved the following solution for the distribution of the earmarked reserve secured for the implementation of "Safer together":
Specific Objective #1. Security in public places with particular emphasis on the creation of local security systems - total amount of funding - PLN 1,000,000
A maximum of 4 projects from each province including:
2 projects for the main specific objective No. 1 - total amount of funding - PLN 600,000 / maximum amount per 1 project PLN 100,000,
1 project for priority objective 1a - construction of traffic towns - total amount of funding 300,000 PLN / maximum amount per 1 project 100,000 PLN,
1 micro-project - total amount of co-financing PLN 100,000/ max. amount per 1 project PLN 25,000
Specific objective No. 2. Safe pedestrian crossings - total amount of funding - PLN 3,000,000.
A maximum of 12 projects from each province including:
4 projects for the main specific objective No. 2 - total amount of funding - PLN 2,200,000 / maximum amount per 1 project PLN 100,000,
3 projects for specific priority objective No. 2 a - Pedestrian safety in road traffic - total amount of funding - 300,000 zlotys / maximum amount per 1 project 50,000 zlotys,
3 projects for specific priority objective No. 2 b - Safety of cyclists in road traffic - total amount of funding - 300,000 PLN / maximum amount per 1 project 50,000 PLN,
2 micro-projects- PLN 200,000/ max. amount per 1 project PLN 25,000.
Specific Objective #3. Counteracting the phenomena of pathology and protection of children and adolescents- total amount of funding - PLN 1,000,000
A maximum of 5 projects from each province including:
2 projects for the main specific objective No. 3 - total amount of funding -500,000 PLN / maximum amount per 1 project 100,000 PLN,
1 project for priority objective 3a - Counteracting hejt and hate speech among young people - PLN 200,000 / maximum amount per 1 project PLN 50,000,
1 project for priority objective 3b - Prevention and prevention of addiction to drugs and legal highs - PLN 200,000 / maximum amount per 1 project PLN 50,000,
1 micro-project - PLN 100,000/ max amount per project PLN 25,000.
Specific objective No. 4. Education for safety - PLN 1,000,000.
A maximum of 5 projects from each province including:
2 projects for the main specific objective No. 4 - total amount of funding - PLN 500,000 / maximum amount per 1 project PLN 100,000,
1 project for priority objective 4a- Use of cell phones - opportunities
and security threats - PLN 200,000/ max. amount per 1 project PLN 50,000,
1 project for priority objective 4b - Safety on the water and in the mountains - PLN 200,000 / maximum amount per 1 project PLN 50,000,
1 micro-project- PLN 100,000/ max amount per project PLN 25,000.
PLN 100,000 - maximum co-financing for main projects and projects for priority objective 1a - construction of traffic towns
PLN 50,000 - maximum funding for priority projects
PLN 25,000 - maximum funding for 1 micro project (micro project local project of "micro" scope, i.e. for communities of up to 10,000 recipients)
The call for projects (central stage) lasts until January 25, 2019 (provincial offices submit up to 26 projects from the province to the Ministry of Internal Affairs by January 25, 2019).
Below are overview materials for use in this year's call for projects.
A set of documents will be posted on the website of the "Safer Together" program in the "Procedure" tab (sample documentation for the evaluation of prevention projects, to be obligatorily used in the evaluation of these projects, along with the Application, which local government units and non-governmental organizations send to the relevant provincial offices (provincial stage), on dates indicated by the relevant Governors).
