- ZUS contributions for small entrepreneurs will be reduced in proportion to income. This applies to companies with revenues of up to PLN 5 thousand per month (2.5 times the minimum wage), i.e. ZUS contribution will be reduced from PLN 1230 to PLN 460.
- The zero excise rate on natural gas adopted by the Parliament is an element of the program of the fight for clean air
- The Sejm has passed a law on found objects, which is supposed to eliminate the dead law, which requires that every, even small, found amount be handed over to the starost
- The Sejm adopted a bill on the Electoral Code, which provides for the election of at least 3 MEPs in each constituency and the elimination of competition between constituencies for seats. The bill eliminates significant differences in voting potential between districts
- The Sejm amended the law on the system of animal identification
- The Sejm has passed a law under which from 1 January 2019 2.5 million owners of apartments and houses located on land that is not their property will also become owners of such land
- The Sejm amended the law on information system in health care. The new regulations provide for facilitations for patients, including an Internet Patient Account
- The Sejm amended the Press Law to extend the right to provide information to the press to persons residing in Poland who are not Polish citizens
- The Sejm has passed a bill on the Polish Economic Institute, which will be the government's expert resource and will help implement the Responsible Development Strategy
- The Sejm amended a law to eliminate unfair practices - repackaging fruit and vegetables from abroad and selling them as Polish
- The Sejm amended the law on the Supreme Court
- Possession of new psychoactive substances will be punished by up to 3 years in prison, and trafficking by up to 12 years. The Parliament amended the act on counteracting drug addiction and the act on State Sanitary Inspection
In addition, the Sejm passed a resolution on the 50th anniversary of the Warsaw Pact troops' invasion of Czechoslovakia, and decided to establish patron saints for 2019: Gustaw Herling-Grudzinski, Anna Walentynowicz, Stanislaw Moniuszko, Union of Lublin and Silesian Uprising
