On Thursday, January 16, a memorial plaque was unveiled in the All Saints church in Starachowice. After the mass the President of the Law and Justice party unveiled the plaque with the inscription: "To Jadwiga Kaczyńska, in gratitude for the gift of life of the President and Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland - on the first anniversary of death - the Inhabitants of Starachowice". The plaque is embedded in the Pantheon of the Polish Nation's Memory on the square in front of the church.

The ceremony was attended by Vice-Marshall of the Sejm Marek Kuchciński, vice-president of the PiS Antoni Macierewicz, head of the PiS club Mariusz Błaszczak, and deputies Joachim Brudziński, Anna Fotyga, Jacek Sasin.
