On January 16 (Thursday) in Starachowice in the church of All Saints Memorial Plaque was unveiled. Jadwiga Kaczyńska. After the mass, the PiS president unveiled a plaque with the inscription "To Jadwiga Kaczyńska in gratitude for the gift of life of the President and Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland - on the first anniversary of the death of the inhabitants of Starachowice". The plaque is embedded in the Pantheon of Remembrance of the Polish Nation in the square in front of the church.

The ceremony was attended by Vice-Marshall of the Sejm Marek Kuchciński, vice-president of the PiS Antoni Macierewicz, head of the PiS club Mariusz Błaszczak, and deputies Joachim Brudziński, Anna Fotyga, Jacek Sasin.
