Marek Kuchciński in Podkarpacie: We listen to the voices of the inhabitants, we know their problems and if Poles give us a chance, we will meet their expectations

Tyrawa Wołoska and Bukowsko are two picturesque villages in Podkarpacie, where Law and Justice party received more than 70 percent of votes in the elections to the European Parliament. Speaker of the Sejm Marek Kuchciński thanked the inhabitants for the great result and assured them that no matter how far they are from the capital of the province they will not be left alone. - For almost four years we have been changing the state policy in order to make the development more balanced. We are directing our attention to the groups most in need of support, to the groups that have so far been treated as neglected. We are implementing the program announced earlier, we are equalizing opportunities, we keep our word. We do not only want to catch up with rich countries. We want to overtake them! - argued the Marshal. Marek Kuchciński enumerated Law and Justice programs and activities introduced with positive effects:

  • 500 plus program - from 1 July this year extended to every child
  • School starter kit PLN 300 for children going to school
  • 13. retirement
  • retirement pension for mothers of four or more children
  • free drugs for seniors over 75
  • Lowering the retirement age after an unfair extension by the previous government
  • reducing labour costs
  • tax exemption for working young people - up to age 26
  • lowering unemployment
  • reduction of tax crime
  • historical politics
  • fostering Christian values
  • protection of national and religious symbols
  • changes in the education system
  • Return of Poles who went to work abroad
  • a strong voice on ideology and migration in the European Union
  • state policy supporting parenthood
  • protection of polish households against energy price increases
  • support agriculture and seek more funding from the Union
  • decreasing the number of families living in poverty, especially those with many children
  • restoring bus services
  • assistance in thermomodernization, replacement of "fossil fuels
  • grants for Rural Housewives' Circles
  • restoration of cultural and sporting life in the regions
  • Via Carpatia (S-19)

The Speaker further listed as necessary to accomplish:

  • upgrading the health service to a western level
  • completing education reform
  • increase of wages in the budgetary sphere
  • increasing the number of dwellings
  • 500 PLN for disabled people
  • Increase salaries of public officials

Diminishing drinking water resources, flood damage, polluted air, poor transport links, road and sidewalk repairs are pressing problems faced by the inhabitants of Podkarpackie municipalities. Therefore, individual assistance is necessary. In addition to the basic proposals for the whole country there will be also dedicated to individual provinces. - Our goal is to find a recipe to make life easier in the whole Poland. We listen to the inhabitants, we know their problems and if Poles give us a chance, we will meet their expectations - said Marek Kuchciński.
