European heads of the Foreign Affairs Committee: Greater humanitarian and military support for Ukraine is needed

On Friday, March 25, the chairmen of the Foreign Affairs Committees of Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Sweden, Ukraine, Hungary and Great Britain discussed online the current situation in Ukraine. The meeting was initiated by Chairman Marek Kuchciński.

A solidarity voice rang out during the meeting: We condemn Russian aggression and Putin's crimes must be punished, and Europe must become independent of Russian raw materials.

The parliamentarians also agreed on the need to increase humanitarian and military support for Ukraine, as well as to open the door to the European Union once specific requirements are met.
