Marcin Cichy has been appointed the new President of the Office of Electronic Communications, replacing Magdalena Gaj. 

Marcin Cichy was associated with UKE for many years. Then he worked for UPC Poland. He returned to state administration at the request of the Minister of Digitization Anna Streżyńska.
