A meeting of the Podkarpackie Regional Council of Law and Justice was held in Rzeszów on September 14, 2019. The "Five+ for Podkarpacie" was presented - the result of cooperation between the Regional Council, the Law and Justice (PiS) Councillors' Club in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship Assembly, the Podkarpackie Voivodeship Board and District Boards No. 22 and 23.

"Five + for Podkarpacie" is a development of the so-called Morawiecki's Five for Podkarpacie, announced during the 2018 local elections. It presents proposals to expand the development activities of our region with new investments and expansion of existing ones, concerning:

- Road Infrastructure;
- Railroads;
- Housing+ Program;
- Flood Protection;
- Program for Bieszczady.
