A meeting of the Subcarpathian Regional Council of Law and Justice was held in Rzeszow on September 14, 2019. The "Five+ for Podkarpacie" - the result of cooperation between the Regional Council, the Law and Justice (PiS) Councillors' Club in the Podkarpackie Regional Assembly, the Podkarpackie Regional Executive Board and District Boards No. 22 and 23 - was presented.

"Five + for Subcarpathia" is an expansion of the so-called Morawiecki Five for Subcarpathia, announced during the 2018 local elections. It outlines proposals to expand development activities in our region with new investments and expansion of existing ones, concerning:

- Road Infrastructure;
- Railroads;
- Housing+ Program;
- Flood Protection;
- Program for Bieszczady.
