One billion zlotys for Przemyśl - during four years of the Law and Justice party's rule it provided the city with enormous support

During the four years of the Law and Justice party's rule in Podkarpackie voivodeship over 3.5 thousand investments were completed. A great deal of support has been given to Przemyśl, which received from the state budget and the local government of the voivodeship over one billion zlotys. The most important investments include the creation of the National Fiscal Administration school for 2 thousand students), co-management of the National Museum of the Przemysl Region by the Ministry of Culture, support for health care, the unemployed or the fire department. However, it does not end there. Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki has announced another investment that will guarantee jobs and will certainly be a great impulse for development for the city and the region - the expansion of PKP Cargo Terminals. The company will coordinate the work of terminals in Poland and abroad. It may be the largest plant of this kind in Europe. According to the Prime Minister, Przemyśl, as a city lying close to the Ukrainian border, should benefit from international trade, and the creation of a large logistics center here will certainly serve the residents of the region. We are also planning to introduce the construction of the western ring road of Przemyśl to the program of one hundred ring roads.

As part of Regional Operational Programme of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship for 2014-2020 (ROP WP) Signed 77 agreements on co-financing of projects implemented in the city of Przemyśl with a total value of 172 477 461,72 PLN, including value of co-financing PLN 127,062,838.87
