Dear Mr. Starost,
Thank you very much for the invitation to the commemorations of the 79th anniversary of the Katyn Massacre and the 9th anniversary of the Smolensk catastrophe. Although I am not able to participate in them, I would like to symbolically join my thoughts with all those gathered.
