The largest electorate of Law and Justice party is invariably in Podkarpacie. For the party of Jaroslaw Kaczynski would vote there as much as 60% of respondents.

The good changes announced by the Law and Justice party in Eastern Poland are perfectly illustrated by the example of Przemyśl. Among the most recent investments in Przemysl it is worth mentioning the Project of the Municipality of Przemysl concerning the task "Construction of a gymnasium with facilities at the United Europe Primary School No. 14", which received funding of PLN 2,164,000 from the Ministry of Sport and Tourism within the School Infrastructure Development Programme.

After the construction of the hall at Juliusz Słowacki Secondary School No. 1 in Przemyśl (Badminton Development Centre), this is another investment of the local government of the City with the support of the Ministry in the amount of
PLN 3,200,000.

In addition, the Ministry of Sport and Tourism has awarded grants to sports clubs operating in the city of Przemyśl. These grants were awarded under the "Club" Program for 2017. The aforementioned program is directed to sports clubs (operating in the form of an association) whose primary purpose of statutory activity is the dissemination of physical culture among children and young people and student sports clubs.

Health care is also improving. St. Padre Pio Provincial Hospital and the self-government of Podkarpacie Province want to open this year or at the beginning of the next year, in the complex of the former Municipal Hospital in Przemysl, most probably two care and treatment institutions for people who need round-the-clock care and help in recovering from illnesses. This is very good news, as the demand for such care is growing and people often have to wait a long time for a place in the existing institutions. At the same time, the destruction of buildings that until recently housed hospital wards will be prevented. It is also very important that in the same complex the St Lazarus Brotherhood is preparing to open a hospice, for which it has received support from the ROP of the Podkarpackie Province.
