Zgierz, Łęczyca, Włocławek - meeting of the Speaker of the Sejm with the inhabitants

During the weekend, the Speaker of the Sejm met with the inhabitants of Zgierz, Łęczyca and Włocławek. He presented his programme proposals, i.e. 300 zlotys for school starter kit, reduction of PIT from 15% to 9%, to the lowest level in Europe. - He presented his programme proposals, i.e. 300 zlotys for school starter kits, reduction of PIT from 15 to 9 percent, to the lowest level in Europe, accessible buses, railway stations, blocks of flats, retirement security for women with at least four children, lower Social Security for small businesses, 5 billion zlotys for local roads, a bonus for the quick birth of a second child, free medicine for pregnant women, support for pregnant women and young mothers studying, free public transport for parents with a child in a baby carriage.

Speaker Kuchciński also recalled the reforms that have been successfully implemented so far, including the withdrawal of compulsory education for 6-year-olds and the reform of the judiciary.

He announced that in May the Sejm would take up the so-called solidarity tribute, intended to help the needy.

The inhabitants paid attention to the need for investment, new workplaces, revitalization, sustainable development of Poland, modernization of infrastructure, as well as to the disappearing economic life, livestock and agriculture. Marek Kuchciński pointed out that the situation in the countryside is difficult, but the Minister of Agriculture is preparing measures to support it.

During the meetings the Marshal was accompanied by MP Joanna Borowiak, MP Witold Waszczykowski, MP Marek Matuszewski, MP Łukasz Zbonikowski, Senator Przemysław Błaszczyk and the Governor of Kujawy and Pomerania, Mikołaj Bogdanowicz.
