On November 4 and 5 in Kiev Deputy Speaker of the Sejm Marek Kuchcinski participated in the Seventh Meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of Poland and Ukraine.

The goal of the Parliamentary Assembly of Poland and Ukraine is to strengthen cooperation in the parliamentary dimension through consideration of issues important to both countries and the adoption of common positions in this regard.

Plans to sign an Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU were the main topic of discussion among the participants of the Parliamentary Assembly of Poland and Ukraine.

During the visit in Kiev Vice-Marshal Kuchciński together with the delegation paid homage and laid flowers at the wall of the Kiev fortress, where the Polish commanders of the uprising troops were executed. He also participated in the opening of the exhibition at the Kyiv Citadel Museum.
