Courage, dedication, humility before a higher power and great respect for work are the qualities that come to mind when we think of miners. Today is a celebration of the people who face danger every day to keep us warmer, brighter and safer.
On the occasion of St. Barbara's Day, the Marshal of the Sejm Marek Kuchciński sent letters to miners, wishing them, among others, every success in their personal lives and professional work.
- May Saint Barbara take care of all the miners, ensuring their sense of security, the certainty of tomorrow and happiness for years to come," wrote the Speaker.
