Members of the Foreign Affairs Committee met with Ukrainian parliamentarians - a delegation from the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).
The main topic of the talks was Ukraine's support in the transition on the road to the European Union, strengthening of parliamentary cooperation, the program of reconstruction and training of human resources (the proposal to establish the University of Przemyśl in agreement with the Ukrainian authorities).
The Ukrainians expressed gratitude towards the aid provided by Poland and concern over the lack of unity of the West.
The Polish side stressed that in the face of forces wishing to divide our countries, special caution should be exercised and any provocation that could lead to this should be clarified. Poles do not forget about Volhynia and have an unalterably firm position on the issue. At this moment, when there is a war with a common enemy across our border, we cannot afford another conflict.
