Almost PLN 9 million will go to the victims of the storms in Podkarpackie voivodeship. The allowance of up to PLN 6 thousand per family will be allocated to the most urgent needs. 

On the initiative of the Marshal Marek Kuchciński, an aid campaign for the flood victims in the Dubiecko and Bircza municipalities was organized. Within two days, 4 tons of food and cleaning products were distributed to over 100 families. In Przeworski District, approximately 400 families received aid. Food and cleaning products worth approximately PLN 60 thousand were purchased. In the Jasło district, several dozen families have received assistance in the form of water and food.

More than 330 soldiers from five battalions of the WOT light infantry from Rzeszow, Thanan, Debica, Jaroslaw and Sanok counties together with firefighters are removing the effects of storms that have been passing through Podkarpacie for several days.
