Law and Justice has kept another promise and is restoring bus services. For Podkarpacie, the government has allocated 19,640,405.80 PLN for this purpose.

Communication exclusion concerns as many as 14 million Poles, especially in villages and small towns located far from main roads, where railroads or private carriers do not reach. This program will make it possible for all those who are now deprived of this to get to work, to the doctor, or to go shopping.

Applications to governors for subsidies from this year's Development Fund pool will be available until August 12, 2019, and the first
services should be operational this September.

The Sejm has passed the law on the bus transport development fund May 15 this year.
