The MPs, mainly by the votes of PO and PSL, including the MPs of Donald Tusk's party from Przemyśl, rejected an amendment to the draft budget act for 2012, which would have made it possible to transfer 5 million zlotys for the 'Revitalization of the post-military complex on Grodzka Street in Przemyśl for the Public Library'. Other money for the Podkarpacie region was also lost.
