On 9 April (Wednesday) at the invitation of the parish priest of the Parish of Our Lady of the Scapular and St. Michael the Archangel in Ujkowice (Przemyśl district), the Deputy Speaker of the Sejm Marek Kuchciński participated in the solemn Holy Mass for the intention of the President of the Republic of Poland Lech Kaczyński and his wife Maria and for all those who died at Smolensk.
After the Mass, the Deputy Speaker laid flowers at the Katyn-Smolensk Cross and thanked the residents for their participation in the ceremony.
The Deputy Marshal was accompanied by Mr. Wladyslaw Bukowski, Chairman of the County Committee of Law and Justice in Przemysl, during the celebration of the 4th anniversary of the Smolensk catastrophe in Ujkowice.
