Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Marek Kuchcinski, along with his European counterparts, signed a declaration calling for the prosecution of those responsible for war crimes in Ukraine.
The Presidents view Russia's war in Ukraine as a crime under international law. Drawing precedent from the 1946 judgment of the International Military Tribunal at Nuremberg, among others, they call for an International Criminal Court with jurisdiction to try charges beyond the scope of the International Court of Justice in The Hague.
It called for an investigation against Vladimir Putin and all those who participated in the decision to wage this war, its continuation and facilitated the aggression.
