In connection with the tragic events that took place last night in Paris, the Speaker of the Sejm laid flowers at the French embassy. At the diplomatic representation Marek Kuchcinski also entered a book of condolence. "(...) Poland joins France in its pain, bringing it its solidarity and support," he wrote.

The Speaker also sent his condolences to the Speaker of the French National Assembly Claude Bartolone. He expressed his condolences to the families of the victims, to the French nation and to the parliamentarians of the National Assembly. - Acts of terror against defenceless people are particularly cruel. I trust that France and the French people will find the strength and unity to face this event and its consequences. Poland stands in solidarity with France at this difficult time. - wrote Marshal Kuchcinski in a condolence message.
