Poland cooperates with Moldova in the field of security, supports Moldova on its pro-European path, but also in agriculture, justice or education, which was emphasized and thanked by the President of the Group.

Kuchciński reminded that it was Lech Kaczyński who created the great idea of cooperation between Central European countries after World War II, which we are trying to implement. In November 2010, a street in Moldova was named after Lech Kaczyński. The parliamentarians propose a further step - the creation of an Academic Cultural Centre named after President Kaczyński and joint initiatives in the field of agriculture.

The meeting was held on the sidelines of the Parliamentary Assembly, which, as the Speaker of the Sejm pointed out, should strengthen cooperation in practical areas.

Speaker Kuchciński also spoke about the need for changes that would give citizens better access to institutions, better contact and more trust in government.
