On March 3, 2021, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki appointed Marek Kuchciński to the Council of Political Advisors to the Prime Minister.

The 21-member Council is intended to be a subsidiary body to the Prime Minister and to advise on current affairs, especially political matters, with a particular focus on the 2023 elections and the implementation of the New Deal.
