On January 19 (Sunday) this year a local government conference of Law and Justice was held in Rzeszów at the Podkarpacka Philharmonic Hall. The conference was opened by Marek Kuchciński, Deputy Speaker of the Sejm.

Panel Speeches:

- Financial situation of local governments - Stanisław Ożóg MP,

- National perspective on the use of European Union funds in the years 2014-2020 - dr Jerzy Kwieciński President of the Foundation European Centre for Entrepreneurship,

- The possibilities of absorbing EU funds by the Podkarpackie Province in the second period of programming - Władysław Ortyl Marshal of the Podkarpackie Province,

- The rules of spending the European Union budget for 2014-2020 - Tomasz Poręba MEP.

The conference was attended by: representatives of pro-independence circles, local government officials, members and supporters of Law and Justice, activists of NSZZ "Solidarity", representatives of Social Movement named after President Lech Kaczyński, representatives of "Gazeta Polska" Clubs.

The conference was preceded by a Mass celebrated for the intention of the Homeland in the Basilica of Bernardine Fathers in Rzeszow.
