Jarosław Kaczyński in Łopuszka Mała in Przeworsk county

Jaroslaw Kaczynski's visit in Lopuszka Mala This small village, located near Kańczuga, was featured in the coverage of all major television channels. The former Prime Minister was welcomed by the MP Jan Bury, who established an orphanage here, in a beautifully renovated former manor house. This is one of the many charitable initiatives of this outstanding community activist, who is again running for MP from a very strong list of the Podkarpackie Law and Justice.

The John Paul II "Wzrastanie" Foundation, which he founded, cares for more than two thousand people in the surrounding communities and counties - including through: two orphanages, 81 free kindergartens (for 1,200 children), several youth day care centers and clubs, occupational therapy workshops for the disabled, a shelter for homeless men, a hospice, and (opening soon) a shelter for homeless women.

Together with the former Prime Minister and leader of the Law and Justice party, Marek Kuchcinski, Deputy Speaker of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, and (candidate for the first time to the Sejm) Professor Józefina Hrynkiewicz from the Institute of Applied Sciences at the University of Warsaw arrived in Lopuszka Mala.

A short press conference was held on the steps of the palace, during which the leader of "Law and Justice" emphasized that There is no contradiction between the idea of a solidary and modern Poland.

"We are in such a place where this idea of a modern and solidary Poland is being realized. This is, one could say, the place of my dreams. This is how I would like to see Poland when it comes to solving difficult, painful social problems. Anything is possible if you reach out to this kind of people - and not to people who think only about their own benefits and their own profit, who reject everything that is common," said the former prime minister, sharing at the same time his impression that often these selfish people "are the basis of the social construction that has been created in Poland over the past 20 years.

Responding to a question about the possibility of a government coalition with the Polish Peasant Party, Jaroslaw Kaczynski said that it is too early to talk about it, because "Law and Justice" wants to win these elections first.

Also asked if he would continue and expand the family-friendly reliefs initiated by his government four years ago, the former prime minister replied: "Pro-family policy is one of our main goals. Because today we have a depopulation in Poland and every responsible government should focus on the family, to strengthen it and to have children. And this cannot be expressed in words, but in deeds - and this means in money. However, we know that we have a crisis of public finances and there is a certain sequence of actions. First of all, we have to get out of this crisis, to control the situation and only then to implement further measures, which will enrich Polish families.

We hope that we will manage to control the crisis within a year and then it will be possible to deepen these measures. I can promise you one thing: we will not withdraw from these family-friendly allowances. We will certainly not make a step backwards, and further steps in the right direction will be made if only it is possible.
