On the second day of the 25th session of the Sejm by the decision of the MPs:

• The National School of Public Administration will bear the name of President Lech Kaczyński,

• The existing rules regarding the so-called Janosikowego, i.e. funds transferred by the richer provinces for the benefit of the poorer ones, will remain in force for another 3 years,

• An amendment to the Act on the functioning of the hard coal mining industry and certain other acts was passed,

• Amendments were made to the Act on the Operation of the Coal Mining Industry,

• Marcin Cichy became the President of the Office of Electronic Communications

• The Act on Food and Nutrition Safety was also amended. The changes are of technical and organizational nature. The proposed regulations are to eliminate unfair trade practices between buyers and producers of agri-food products at each stage of the supply chain.
