That is why BIiP provide help to everyone, who was affected by injustice, incompetence or arrogance of public offices.

Since February 2003, the Office of Intervention and Counseling in Przemyśl has expanded the scope of its work by creating a database of European funds. This allowed to effectively inform the interested parties (local institutions, self-government units, NGOs, schools, informal groups, etc.) about new competitions and grant programs in the field of education, culture, ecology, health care, social initiatives and many others.Since June 2006 the BIiPs have received a new name: Voters' Service Points. They continue their work all the time. Voters' Service Centers operating at the MP Marek Kuchciński's offices provided assistance in over 15000 cases until June 2011.
