On April 15, 2021, President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda appointed Marek Kuchciński in composition of the Presidential College for International Policy of the Republic of Poland
The College is an advisory body to the president that functions under the Office of International Policy, which aims to strengthen organizationally and institutionally that part of the presidential administration responsible for international policy tasks.
The Office of International Policy is headed - following the example of the National Security Bureau - by the Head of the Office, who is a Secretary of State and is part of the management of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland. The President appointed Krzysztof Szczerski, Secretary of State at the Chancellery of the President of Poland, to this position.
