The community of Wola Zarczycka in the Leżajsk district commemorated the inhabitants of their village who, acting in the Rural Solidarity movement, fought against the communist enslavement. The Speaker of the Sejm addressed a letter to the gathered. He wrote that farmers had been the mainstay of patriotism and traditional Christian values for many years and that cherishing the past is our duty towards all those who had the courage to demand a better, dignified life and the rights belonging to every man and nation.
