February 4 marks the 275th anniversary of Tadeusz Kosciuszko's birth. The Committees on Foreign Affairs of the Seimas of the Republic of Poland and the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania jointly adopted a resolution commemorating this outstanding figure.
