Hidv\u00e9ghi Bal\u00e1zs fideszes EP-k\u00e9pvisel\u0151 az \u00fcl\u00e9st k\u00f6vet\u0151 sajt\u00f3t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00f3n azt mondta, hogy a baloldali EP-k\u00e9pvisel\u0151k nemcsak a bev\u00e1ndorl\u00f3k befogad\u00e1s\u00e1t, hanem saj\u00e1t sz\u00e9ls\u0151s\u00e9ges ideol\u00f3gi\u00e1jukat is r\u00e1 akarj\u00e1k k\u00e9nyszer\u00edteni a tag\u00e1llamokra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Richard H\u00f6rcsik, az Orsz\u00e1ggy\u0171l\u00e9s eur\u00f3pai \u00fcgyek bizotts\u00e1g\u00e1nak eln\u00f6ke szerint az Eur\u00f3pai Parlament szeptember 17-\u00e9n olyan \u00e1ll\u00e1sfoglal\u00e1st fogadott el a lengyel jog\u00e1llamis\u00e1gr\u00f3l, amely n\u00e9lk\u00fcl\u00f6zi a t\u00e1rgyilagoss\u00e1got \u00e9s hamis \u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sokat tartalmaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A dokumentum ideol\u00f3giai ind\u00edttat\u00e1s\u00fa, politikai zsarol\u00e1s Lengyelorsz\u00e1ggal szemben - \u00e9rt\u00e9kelte a korm\u00e1nyp\u00e1rti politikus. Azt mondta, hogy az Eur\u00f3pai Parlament t\u00fall\u00e9pi hat\u00e1sk\u00f6r\u00e9t, \u00e9s olyan \u00fcgyekben akar megsz\u00f3lalni, amelyek az uni\u00f3s szerz\u0151d\u00e9s szerint a tag\u00e1llamok hat\u00e1sk\u00f6r\u00e9be tartoznak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Magyar Orsz\u00e1ggy\u0171l\u00e9s tagjai elfogadhatatlannak tartj\u00e1k ezt a politikai zsarol\u00e1st, amely m\u00e9ltatlan az eur\u00f3pai parlamenti demokr\u00e1ci\u00e1hoz - hangs\u00falyozta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Bizotts\u00e1g \u00e1ll\u00e1sfoglal\u00e1sa t\u00f6bbek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt utal a k\u00e9t n\u00e9p szoros t\u00f6rt\u00e9nelmi k\u00f6z\u00f6s sors\u00e1ra, \u00e9s felh\u00edvja a figyelmet arra, hogy nemcsak a k\u00e9t orsz\u00e1g korm\u00e1nya, hanem parlamentjeik \u00e9s eur\u00f3pai \u00fcgyekkel foglalkoz\u00f3 bizotts\u00e1gaik is egy\u00fcttm\u0171k\u00f6dnek az eur\u00f3pai f\u00f3rumokon. A Bizotts\u00e1g hangs\u00falyozza, hogy minden olyan hat\u00e1sk\u00f6r, amelyet az Eur\u00f3pai Szerz\u0151d\u00e9s nem ruh\u00e1zott az Uni\u00f3ra, a tag\u00e1llamokn\u00e1l marad, k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen a b\u00fcntet\u0151jog, az igazs\u00e1gszolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s, az oktat\u00e1s \u00e9s a csal\u00e1djog ter\u00fclet\u00e9n. Felh\u00edvja a figyelmet arra, hogy a nemzeti alkotm\u00e1nyos int\u00e9zm\u00e9nyek felel\u0151sek a jog\u00e1llamis\u00e1g v\u00e9delm\u00e9\u00e9rt az Eur\u00f3pai Uni\u00f3 tag\u00e1llamaiban. A magyar korm\u00e1nyt felsz\u00f3l\u00edtjuk, hogy az Eur\u00f3pai Tan\u00e1cs \u00fcl\u00e9s\u00e9n \u00e1lljon Lengyelorsz\u00e1g mell\u00e9, \u00e9s a lehet\u0151 leghamarabb kezdje meg a munk\u00e1t az elj\u00e1r\u00e1s lez\u00e1r\u00e1s\u00e1ra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hidv\u00e9ghi Bal\u00e1zs hangs\u00falyozta, hogy a Lengyelorsz\u00e1gr\u00f3l elfogadott EP-dokumentum megb\u00e9lyegzi a lengyel heteroszexu\u00e1lis h\u00e1zass\u00e1got \u00e9s a lengyel csal\u00e1dbar\u00e1t politik\u00e1t. A jelent\u00e9s kit\u00e9r a gyermekek szexu\u00e1lis nevel\u00e9s\u00e9re, a homof\u00f3bia \u00e9s az LMBTQ-k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9g elleni fell\u00e9p\u00e9sre, valamint k\u00f6vetel\u00e9seket fogalmaz meg ezen a ter\u00fcleten, \u00e9s b\u00edr\u00e1lja a lengyel pedof\u00edliaellenes t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyt. Hat\u00e1rozottan el\u00edt\u00e9li a Lengyel P\u00fcsp\u00f6ki Oszt\u00e1ly e mor\u00e1lis k\u00e9rd\u00e9sekben hozott d\u00f6nt\u00e9seit is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Szerinte ezeknek a k\u00e9rd\u00e9seknek semmi k\u00f6ze a jog\u00e1llamis\u00e1ghoz, ez egy ideol\u00f3giai t\u00e1mad\u00e1s, politikai zsarol\u00e1si k\u00eds\u00e9rlet, megf\u00e9leml\u00edt\u00e9s. Kijelentette, hogy fontos, hogy ki\u00e1lljanak Lengyelorsz\u00e1g mellett: senki nem mondhatja meg K\u00f6z\u00e9p-Eur\u00f3pa nemzeteinek, hogy mit gondoljanak a csal\u00e1dr\u00f3l, a h\u00e1zass\u00e1gr\u00f3l.
