Speaker of the Sejm Marek Kuchciński met with Japanese Ambassador Shigeo Matsutomi. The main topics of conversation were tradition, including noble tradition, chivalry, both countries' attitude towards immigrants, the political situation of Japan and Poland, security - especially in the context of our common neighbor, Russia - economy and investments (300 Japanese companies create tens of thousands of jobs for Poles). During the conversation with the ambassador Marshal Kuchciński also emphasized Poles' interest and fascination with Japanese culture, cuisine and eastern, mainly Japanese martial arts.
