Prime Ministers of Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovenia met in Kiev with the Prime Minister and President of Ukraine

Pres Chairman of the Council of Ministers Mateusz Morawiecki and Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Chairman of the Committee on National Security and Defense Affairs Jaroslaw Kaczynski together with Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala and Slovenian Prime Minister Janez Janša went by train to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenski and Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal. The main topics of the talks were Russian aggression in Ukraine, restoration of security and recognition of the heroic struggle of the Ukrainians. The head of the Polish government emphasized the importance of Ukraine becoming a candidate for the European Union. The visit in Kiev was prepared in close coordination with the European representatives (KPRM).

- Sometimes I hear voices in Europe that sanctions will threaten the EU's comfort zone. Your comfort is more important than tears, than the blood of children here in the heart of Ukraine? I think not. I hope you still have your own hearts and your own consciences to judge this.

We will organize weapons for you around the world. We will never leave you alone. You are also fighting for our wolness.

Europe must understand that if it loses Ukraine, it will never be the same again. A Europe without Ukraine will no longer be Europe. It will be rather a symbol of failure, humiliation and helplessness. And I want a strong and ambitious Europe," said Prime Minister Morawiecki.

During the meeting, the head of the Polish government gave details of aid financed from the European Union budget. He once again called for strengthening sanctions. In turn, inicepremier Jaroslaw Kaczynski argued that a NATO mission and a broader international mission are needed in Ukraine to defend world peace.

- I am convinced that with such friends, with such countries, neighbors, partners, we will really manage and win," stressed President Zelenski.
