Crowds of inhabitants of Krosno were gathered during the ceremony of unveiling of the Memorial Plaque, dedicated to the victims of Soviet genocide of 1940. The plaque was consecrated on a meaningful day, September 17, on the 73rd anniversary of the Soviet aggression against Poland. The ceremony was attended by: the families of the victims, deputy speaker of the Sejm Marek Kuchciński, local government officials, police officers and parliamentarians.
