Below is the entire speech:
In recent years we have strongly experienced the importance of deep Polish-Hungarian friendship. It is present in all the most important areas: in parliaments, governments, self-governments, institutions and organizations.
We develop it because we are connected community stemming from common history, like evaluation of current political reality and from a similar a vision for the future of Europe.
A similar assessment of reality, is not just about issues of illegal migration and border defense. It is also similar assessment of the EU crisis.
Today we see clearly that threat for the EU and the sovereignty of our countries flows not only from the east, where our borders are attacked by the Lukashenko regime inspired by the Kremlin, which in this way seeks to destabilize the entire EU. It is an aggression, a hybrid war.
But we are making it - we are defending our sovereignty. And we are grateful for your solidarity in this defense and your support. Only by acting together can we win and defend our sovereignty.
Threat is also coming from within the EU, in the form of imposing on us a model of a superstate with unacceptable axiological systems. That is why we reject the policy of ideological monopoly and unification of European nations. For us, the freedom of the nation and the sovereignty of the state is a value.
The EU needs urgent reforms or it will lose. In the Joint Declaration, our leaders spoke of cooperation of nations and states.
That is why President Jaroslaw Kaczynski invited leaders of European conservative and center-right parties to Warsaw in December to discuss a new vision for Europe and a common platform for action to The EU was strong with the power of sovereign states.
Mr. Prime Minister, you know this well - that we have a chance to put forward a plan for the new Europe we have reclaimed. We have a chance to do so. Today, thanks to Polish-Hungarian cooperation and the cooperation of the Visegrad Group Central Europe is and will remain strong.
Therefore, we must continue to act together, we must be the pillar of European cooperation of states and nations, as free with free and equal with equal.
Speeches are expected to be delivered by: Péter Szijjártó, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Mihály Varga, Minister of Finance, Judit Varga, Minister of Justice, Katalin Novák, Minister without Portfolio for Family Affairs, Csaba Dömötör, State Secretary in the Prime Minister's Office, Tamás Deutsch, MEP, Szilárd Németh, State Secretary in the Ministry of Defense, and Alpár Gyopáros, Government Commissioner for the Hungarian Countryside Program.
