Carpathian Europe - together for culture, science, development

From Friday to Sunday (20-23 February) in the framework of the international conference Europe of the Carpathians parliamentarians, ministers, business representatives from Poland, Hungary, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Belarus, Ukraine, Greece, Montenegro, Russia, Serbia and Romania will discuss how to increase awareness of the uniqueness of the region and influence its development.  

Carpathian Europe since 2011 Since 2011, it has been inspiring actions aimed at sustainable development of Central and Central and Eastern Europe. The balance between economics and ecology, protection of unique natural balance between economy and ecology, protection of unique natural and cultural heritage areas, wise use of natural - especially drinking water - development of services or infrastructure and strengthening competitiveness and innovativeness are priorities for the cooperation of the Carpathian countries.

During the first day in Przemyśl Panelists will take us on a journey to the future along the Via Carpathia route, discuss the most important fields of cooperation in Central and Eastern Europe, present challenges faced by young people and scientists of the Carpathians and the Tri-Carpathians. On the second and third day of the conference - the in Krasiczyn they will look for answers to the question of how to reform the Union and what kind of Europe we really want, and how to remove infrastructural barriers. Parliamentary cooperation, especially within the Visegrad Group or “heroes of common values” are other noteworthy topics. You're welcome!
