Its goal is to facilitate and provide coordinated assistance with health care services, including prenatal diagnosis, and access to policy instruments for the family. Support is also to include, among other things, psychological and legal assistance. Assistance will also be directed to families with a child with a disability certificate or a light, moderate or severe disability certificate. Also, children and adolescents with opinions on the need for early support for child development, special education or remedial classes will be able to benefit from it. The law also stipulates, among other things, that children under the age of 18 with severe and irreversible disabilities or terminal life-threatening illnesses that arose during the prenatal period of their development or at birth would be able to benefit from children's palliative and hospice care services out of turn. The available assistance will be managed by a family assistant, who will be the so-called \"guide\" to the system. In addition, the law provides for a one-time benefit of PLN 4,000 for the birth of a child who has been diagnosed with a severe and irreversible disability or an incurable life-threatening disease, which arose during the prenatal period of the child's development or during childbirth. This benefit will not be subject to enforcement and will not be included in the income eligible for social assistance.<\/p>\n The law around the budget<\/strong>\u00a0ensures that the basis for calculating allowances for the company social benefits fund for pensioners - former soldiers and officers of other uniformed services - is maintained at the current level. Analogous solutions will also cover employees of public universities and teachers.<\/p>\n Eastern Cross<\/strong> is a decoration that will be awarded to foreigners who rescued Poles persecuted in the East between 1937 and 1959<\/p>\n Law on the system of common courts and some other acts<\/strong> aims to make judges' asset declarations public and to combat the lengthiness of court proceedings.
