We already know the initial list of investments that will receive funding from this pool.<\/h3>\n<div id=\"article_content\" class=\"gate_area\">\n<div class=\"news_extras\">\n<div class=\"line\">\u00a0On Monday (31.10.2016), Podkarpackie Voivode Ewa Leniart announced the preliminary list of local road investments that qualified for support from the state budget.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"id-news-content\" class=\"bbtext\">\n<p>The list includes 91 investments, of which 64 are municipal projects and the remaining 27 are county projects. The road investments that will receive <a id=\"a_akon_nsitsp_0\"><\/a><span id=\"akon_nsitsp_0\">funding<\/span> under the government program, must be implemented in 2017. In this edition of the program Podkarpacie has almost 63 million PLN to distribute. Half of this amount will be spent on municipal investments, half on county roads.<\/p>\n<p>Under the program, a municipality, including a city with county rights, could submit only one application for funding, while a rural county could submit no more than two. Local governments could apply for a grant of up to 50 percent of the cost of road investments planned for 2017, but no more than PLN 3 million. Under the program, investments such as construction, reconstruction, renovation of a district or commune road can be made.<\/p>\n<p>The list of communal investments includes, among others, rebuilding of Zalesie-Stare Sio\u0142o road in Oleszyce commune and repairing Hy\u017cne-Brzez\u00f3wka-Borek Stary road in Hy\u017cne commune. In total, over 72 kilometers of community roads will be renovated under the program.<\/p>\n<p>Whereas among the district investments there are i.a. reconstruction of the road Szczutk\u00f3w- Wielkie Oczy - state border in the district of Lubacz\u00f3w and extension of Jana Paw\u0142a II street in Rzesz\u00f3w. In total the districts will rebuild over 75 km of roads.<\/p>\n<p>The Podkarpacie region will receive more than PLN 69 million each year under the \"Program for the development of municipal and county road infrastructure for 2016-2019\" in the last two years of the program. Nationally, the program's budget in 2016-2019 is expected to be PLN 4 billion.<\/p>\n<p>In the years 2009-2015, a total of over 1.1 thousand km of local roads were rebuilt and repaired in the region.
