{"id":3708,"date":"2016-09-14T10:28:23","date_gmt":"2016-09-14T08:28:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/marekkuchcinski.pl\/?p=3708"},"modified":"2016-09-14T10:34:41","modified_gmt":"2016-09-14T08:34:41","slug":"raport-zespolu-ekspertow-ds-tk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/marekkuchcinski.pl\/en\/wiesci-z-sejmu\/raport-zespolu-ekspertow-ds-tk\/","title":{"rendered":"Report of the Panel of Experts on the Problems of the Constitutional Tribunal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Report of the Group of Experts on the Problems of the Constitutional Tribunal refers in a very important way to the existing political and legal crisis around the Constitutional Tribunal, and in particular contains a critical analysis of the Opinion of the Venice Commission issued in March this year, as well as a very detailed list of events illustrating the background, genesis and course of the crisis around the Constitutional Tribunal, including also facts that were omitted in the Opinion of the Venice Commission.
