Last Saturday, on the 21st of September, the Deputy Speaker of the Sejm, Marek Kuchci\u0144ski visited Korzenna and Str\u00f3\u017ce in the Sadecczyzna region. In the afternoon, in the conference room of the Voluntary Fire Brigade in Korzenna he met with the residents of S\u0105decczyzna, Gorlice Land and Limanowa Land.<\/p>\n

The meeting was also attended by Stanis\u0142aw Kogut, senator, Wies\u0142aw Janczyk and Barbara Bartu\u015b, deputies, Marta Mordarska and Grzegorz Biedro\u0144, provincial councillors, Leszek Langer, a representative of the Political Council of Law and Justice, J\u00f3zef Le\u015bniak, a representative of the National Audit Commission of Law and Justice, heads of district and commune structures of Law and Justice: Antoni Por\u0119ba, Krzysztof Gryz\u0142o, Krzysztof \u017by\u0142ka, Alojzy Janusz, Wojciech W\u0142odarczyk, Wiktor Durlak, local government officials headed by Leszek Skowron, the mayor of Korzenna borough, Jan Pucha\u0142a, the head of Limanowa county, J\u00f3zef Bronski, a representative of the Management Board of Nowy S\u0105cz county, and numerous members and supporters of Law and Justice who attended the meeting.<\/p>\n
The host of the meeting Senator Stanislaw Kogut welcomed the guest and asked for a speech. In his half hour long speech, Deputy Speaker of the Sejm referred to the most important current issues in the country. He pointed out the areas of public life, which Law and Justice intends to reform: the ruined pension system, completely unstable public education sector, also the economic and energy sector, health system, which is in a very bad condition and is not very friendly to the citizens of our country.<\/p>\n
Marek Kuchci\u0144ski also referred to Law and Justice program assumptions. He pointed out that the current ruling coalition had completely abandoned pro-family policy in the country. The ruling PO-PSL coalition did nothing in this area for six years, only to implement a family card and other support systems by shortcuts in the seventh year of governing the country in order to convince the society that the government cares about the Polish family.<\/p>\n
The result of this \"concern\" is the demographic crisis in Poland, which continues to deepen, and which directly affects the problems of other areas of social life - on education (loss of employment of a large group of teachers), on higher education (empty places at universities with a shortage of students), on the job market and on the planned pension system.<\/p>\n
The Deputy Speaker of the Sejm noted that the Law and Justice party's programme of repairing the state is based on the party's permanent programme, which from the very beginning has been focused on constant care and protection of the Polish family. The Law and Justice program, unlike the liberal one, is based on solidarity and social assumptions. It is constructed in such a way as to secure first and foremost a dignified existence of the Polish family as the basic unit of society. MPs also took the floor.<\/p>\n
Senator Stanis\u0142aw Kogut spoke about the efforts to uncover Poland's recent history, deputy Wies\u0142aw Janczyk spoke about the need to repair some sectors of the Polish economy, and deputy Barbara Bartu\u015b spoke about the necessity to restore a stable social policy in which the weakest and the disabled will not feel neglected.<\/p>\n
The Vice-Speaker of the Sejm also answered questions from the floor, among which there were questions about how long the economic crisis will last, about the issues of Polish countryside and agriculture, about the sustainable regional development policy including southern Ma\u0142opolska, about the protest actions in Warsaw.
