Recently the sovereignty of our country has been violated, undermining at the same time the principles of democracy, legal order and social peace in Poland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The pretext for such actions is the issue of the political dispute over the Constitutional Tribunal. The Sejm of the Republic of Poland states that civil rights and freedoms are not threatened in our country. New legal solutions regarding the Constitutional Tribunal can only be established as a result of a dialogue conducted in the Sejm of the Republic of Poland. The parliamentary majority is ready to seek such a compromise in cooperation with opposition parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In the institutions of the European Union, attempts are also being made to impose decisions on Poland concerning immigrants who have come to Europe. The announced decisions to solve this problem have no basis in European law, violate the sovereignty of our country, European values and the principle of subsidiarity of the European Union. They also threaten the social order in Poland, the safety of its citizens, its civilization heritage and national identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
